    It's purpose is the development and marketing of technology, performing services and consulting for the entertainment and turism areas.


    The terms of use and access herein regulate the use of the OKO service that TAOC make available to users on the Internet.

    The use of the OKO service and its contents attribute the condition of "User" (hereinafter called the "User") and involves the acceptance of all the conditions contained in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the moment of the access. The User undertakes to make a diligent use of the OKO service, in accordance with the Law and the Terms of Use and Access. The User should read them carefully, every time in which intends to use the OKO service, as the terms of use and conditions are subject to change.

    TAOC reserves the right to discontinue at any time and without previous notice the access to the OKO service as well as to interrupt the delivery of any or all services provided through it, either for technical reasons, security, maintenance, failures in the electricity supply or any other cause.1

    Certain services are exclusively for our clients; their access is restricted and may be subject to special conditions, if any, replace and/or modify the terms of use and access herein set forth. In these cases, as a prerequisite to access the service, you must have an ID and password.

    The use of password is personal and not transferable. The User agree to make a diligent use and keep the password secret, assuming any responsibility for the consequences, in case of disclosure to third parties.

    With regard to these services, TAOC may terminate the accounts and remove the contents or information of Users because of deactivation.


    The OKO service is an on-line multimedia platform and an app for smartphones (Android/iOS) that you use to access the platform that allows you to share pictures, music, videos, messages (text and voice) and important “alerts” instantly with your personal network of family and friends.

    To share your pictures, music, videos, etc. (to use the OKO service), the person with whom you want to share them will need to acquire an OKO on-line multimedia frame (the "OKO frame") to receive the content you want to share with them.


    The OKO Service contains content owned or licensed by TAOC ("OKO Content"). OKO Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and TAOC, TAOC owns and retains all rights in the OKO Content and the Service. You will not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the OKO Content and you will not reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based on, perform, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise exploit the OKO Content.

    The OKO name and logo are trademarks of TAOC, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of TAOC. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of TAOC, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from TAOC.

    TAOC will not be responsible, directly or not, for the infraction of the intellectual and industrial property rights, of the authors rights, of the personal and familiar privacy and the images of the people (photographs), of the property rights and any other nature right belonging to a third party as a consequence of the transmission, diffusion, storage, disposal, reception, obtaining or access to the content.

    Transgression of any of those rights may constitute an infringement of these provisions, as well as a punishable offence under the Articles 270 onwards of the Criminal Legislation.


    TAOC is not liable if any interruptions, delays, errors or malfunction of the service, when such incidents have their origin on external causes unattached to TAOC or in any case when the circumstances occurred by force majeure, negligent and/or fraudulent behavior of the User. Force majeure consists of failures attached to third parties, operators or service companies, lack of access to networks of others, acts or omissions by public authorities, acts produced as a result of natural phenomena, blackouts, as well as attacks from hackers or others specialized in security or integrity of the computer system; provided that TAOC has taken all security measures in accordance with the technical uses in the field.

    In any case, no matter the cause, TAOC cannot assume any responsibility either for direct or indirect damages and lost profits.


    For any legal issue that may arise regarding the use of this OKO service it will be applicable the Spanish Legislation, being responsible for resolving all disputes, the Courts of Barcelona.

1Interrumption are temporary. A permanent interruption would be a termination or discontinuity of the service.
