OKO is the commercial name of the service offered by OKTICS ATZ SL (OKTICS hereinafter). Committed to the privacy of our users and complying with current European regulations regarding data protection (RGPD), we inform you in detail and transparency about the treatment of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy document is applicable both to the different OKO websites and to the mobile application, channels through which we collect and process personal data of our users.

Purpose and nature of the personal data processed
We only collect and treat those personal data that are strictly necessary to offer the services of OKO, in all its commercial variants. For this reason, we only store and process two types of personal data of our users:
- Identification data: The user facilitates them at the moment of registering for the service. This data is need to link the user's account to a specific identity, which is the contracting party and, at the same time, the one that expressly consents to the processing of their personal data.
- Images, videos, audio files or alerts: Always sent by the user to our servers, these files are stored exclusively so that they can be played on any OKO device when requested by the client.
In any case, only the user, and never a third party, may decide to reproduce their images, audio files, videos or notes on an OKO device. Likewise, only the client will have access through their keys to their files stored on our servers, except for the peculiarity of the Community OKO service, through which the users themselves can share files with another OKO users.

In no case do we request, store or process personal data classified as special, that is to say, those that are significantly sensitive, that identify the ideology, union affiliation, religion, sexual orientation, beliefs or racial or ethnic origin of the users.

Treatment duration
The processing of personal data will last as long as the user keeps his account active and OKO continues to provide the service.
In the event that the user decides to unsubscribe from the service or revoke the consent granted to us for the processing of their personal data, we will proceed to delete all the identifying data, as well as the images, videos and other files of the client housed in our servers within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of request.

Register as a user
Our legitimacy is born with the express consent of the user to the processing of his personal data that he grants us by means of a declaration at the moment of registering the service in our OKO mobile application, having access, prior to the consent, to our Legal Bases related to the Treatment of Data.
It is an essential requirement, in the case that the user does not give express consent to the processing of their data, the system does not allow the registration or provision of the service by us. No registration occurs, no personal data is stored or processed by the applicant.

OKO Community
The OKO community is a service that offers the user the possibility of giving access to its OKO Smartframe (or any variant with another commercial name) to other users so that they can send all kinds of files in order that they can be played on the device.
Therefore, when a user decides to share a file that can be considered as personal data, is freely communicating the file with another user, so it must be considered that there is an unequivocal consent for affirmative action for the other user to access and reproduce in your device the shared document.
In any case, the sending of a file from one user to another through the Community OKO service will end up being stored on our servers, without express consent being required to do so as part of an action included in the express consent to the processing of the data. The personal data of our users are sent and hosted on our servers following the HTTPS security protocol.
